ABOUT

Mark is from the Lake District (UK) and now lives in London. He is a certified Naad Yoga teacher, Wim Hof Method instructor, Aria Breath licensee, and soma breathwork instructor.

​

Mark has performed wellbeing activities for the likes of Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Soho House, and Sense Arts. He works as the UK manager for GONG where he arranges gong baths and sound meditation for corporate clients, as well as putting together public sessions across London and online sessions 7 days a week, via a team of practitioners.
