GONG BATHS

Do you find it hard to relax, wind down, and switch off from the daily grind? Perhaps you’ve tried meditation and felt “this just isn’t for me”?

Sound meditation is a simple and ‘passive’ way to reap the benefits of meditation, making it more accessible than more ‘active’ forms of meditation. By allowing sound to own the foreground, we can enable the wondering mind chatter to sink into the background, to take a back seat. 

 

I use gongs and other instruments to create sound immersions, helping people to enjoy time out of normal thinking patterns, through tuning into sound.
