"Such an amazing session. I have done sound baths before and always loved them and felt relaxed afterwards, much as you would after meditation but this session was on the next level, I feel absolutely weightless and almost like I’ve had a massage, will definitely be joining for future sessions. Thank you so much"

EFFORTLESS MEDITATION THROUGH SOUND

Meditating on your own, in silence, isn't easy for many people, and our busy work and family lives don’t often provide enough free time to practice relaxing and quietening the mind.
Through the sound of a gong, you can achieve a deep meditation in a more immediate way, while also benefiting from the physical stimulation of sound waves.

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?

As you might have guessed, a gong bathing session does not involve nudity or immersion in water. The “bathing” in this case refers to immersion in sound vibrations.
Gong bath sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour. During this time, all participants are required to do is lie still, in loose comfortable clothing, on yoga mats while closing their eyes and relaxing. The sounds of the gong wash over you, often inducing a deep meditative state.

The gong sound can shut down the mind chatter taking us automatically into meditation. The automatic meditation is a result of the brain not being able to analyse and classify the complexity of the sound being produced, so it gives up allowing the right side of the brain, or lower frequency brainwave states to take over.
