Sound meditation is a wonderful and effective way to relax the mind and body. During this virtual session, you will be guided through a journey of sound using gongs and various healing instruments to enable you to become deeply relaxed and restore balance and harmony.
Sound baths have many benefits, and it requires nothing but receptivity in order to be fully experienced. But it has to be experienced in order to be completely understood. When the gong is played, the sound vibrations immediately quiet the mind, allowing relaxation in the whole body and beyond.
